1.1 Domestic Shipping:

 All domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Standard shipping rates apply, and delivery is estimated between 3-7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

1.2 International Shipping:

 International orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping rates vary based on destination and package weight.

Delivery can take between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that Essayons Publishing is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns Policy

 2.1 Return Eligibility:

 Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

 2.2 Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2.3 Exchanges:

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at books@essayonspublishing.com.

2.4 Return Shipping:

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred when shipping out the original item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
